Here is a parcel’s journey, step by step.
Before departure: planning
The day starts with the plan. Sabrina manages calendars, resources and deliveries, and plans routes before the van moves. Drivers already know where to go and in what order.
At loading: automatic orders and proof of loading
At loading, the driver scans each parcel’s QR code. The scan creates the order automatically: no manual entry, fewer errors. Every scan also counts as proof of loading. You know what went onto the van, and from that moment the parcel is traceable.
On the road: real-time tracking
Orders can be followed in real time. Sabrina calculates the estimated time of arrival and checks that planned routes are kept. If a van drifts from the plan, it shows straight away. Your customer service team can answer with facts, not guesses.
At the door: photo proof of delivery
Once the parcel is delivered, the driver takes a photo in the app. The proof stays linked to the order. If a recipient says the parcel never arrived, the answer is already there.
After delivery: reports and business intelligence
Every delivery leaves data behind. Sabrina gathers it into reports and business intelligence tools. They show how the service is performing and where processes can improve.
